As a Transaction Broker, our "client" is the transaction itself. Both Sellers and Buyers are treated as customers on an equal basis. We will not recognize Sub-Agents, and all agents working with Buyers will need to operate as a Transaction Broker or Buyers Agent when working with our listings.
